The Minnehaha Depot, or “Princess” depot, is a jewel of days gone by on the Milwaukee Road railway. Formerly a bustling transportation hub, the Minnehaha Depot is located along modern day Highway 55 in South Minneapolis’ Minnehaha Park.

Osceola & St. Croix Valley Railway Calendar 2008
The Osceola & St. Croix Valley Railway operates a regular schedule on weekends, holidays, and special events, May-October. Open other days and hours for special events, meetings, private parties and weddings.

Reservations are required for all food and special event trains.
During fall leaf season, pumpkin trains, and some special events, tickets are sold on a first come, first served basis. Trains generally sell out in the autumn.

How will we know tomorrow where we were yesterday? There's only one way - by preserving history.
The Minnesota Transportation Museum's goal is to preserve and educate the public about the surface transportation history of Minnesota and the Upper Midwest. The Minnesota Transportation Museum has survived since 1962 because of the generous donations of time, talent, and treasure, not only from our museum members, but from generous outside contributions as well.
